Hot stamping program description

1、 结构/ Structure:

本设备由工作台、工件十字滑台、垂直热铆机构、脉冲加热电源、电控系统等组成；详细请查看方案图。

The equipment is composed of working table, workpiece cross slide table, vertical hot riveting mechanism, pulse heating power supply, electric control system, etc

2、 主要部分的的介绍：

2.1脉冲式加热电源/ Pulse heating power supply：

实现预热（预压）、加热、保压冷却3个阶段的温控制。温度设定范围50°到600°。温控精度为±6°。可以保存20组规范。温度曲线由脉冲加热电源的LED显示屏显示。

Control the temperature of different stages of preheating, heating and cooling。

2.2十字工作滑台/cross work slide:

在X轴和Y轴精确定位，X轴上有上料位和工作位，工装板有工件的定位装置和物料检测；In the X-axis and Y-axis accurate positioning, X-axis has upper position and station, fixture plate has positioning fixture and material inspection；

2.3热铆机头/ Hot riveting head：

1)   具备以下功能结构：热铆前下压定位机构、伺服电机弹簧调整压力机构、伺服电机驱动下降位移机构、脉冲加热机构。

2)   具备预压 、自动调整压力、自动控制热铆行程、精确位移检测。

2)       With preloading, automatic pressure adjustment, automatic control of hot riveting stroke, accurate displacement detection;

2.4 触摸屏/HMI：

12寸Simens触摸屏，摇臂式安装。三级操作权限。显示错误报警信息。

2.5 其他/Other:

双手启动，急停按钮，三色警示灯，照明灯。

3、 数据通讯/ Data communication：

脉冲式加热电源配有485通讯接口，可以和PLC其他通讯设备交换数据；

热铆的温度、压力、时间、位移的数据可以保存(USB)和读取；

The pulsed heating power supply is equipped with 485 interfaces, which can exchange data between PLC and other communication devices;

The temperature, pressure, time and displacement data of hot riveting can be saved and read.

4、 安全safety：

双手按钮启动，运动件配有防护罩，光栅保护。
